Penina - Ground Floor Plan
The ground floor of Penina is a split-level design which has a large bedroom with a double bed and twin beds. The en-suite has a toilet, bath, basin and shower. Patio doors lead from the family bedroom to the garden. Also on this level is a double garage and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Just off the utility is a shower room and toilet.

The first floor houses the rest of the properties features, including the bedrooms, kitchen and dining area - which leads through double glass doors in to the lounge.
